Tesamorelin
A synthetic analogue of human growth-hormone-releasing hormone, residues 1 to 44, carrying a trans-3-hexenoyl group on the N-terminal tyrosine. That modification is what slows enzymatic degradation of the N-terminus. It binds the GHRH receptor on the anterior pituitary.
