By using PepRack, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or its calculators.

Eligibility and location

The service is intended only for people age 18 or older who can form a binding agreement where they live. You may use PepRack only where doing so is lawful. Availability of a calculator does not represent that any substance, product, preparation, possession, or use is lawful in your location.

What PepRack provides

PepRack provides informational tracking and arithmetic tools. Results are generated from values you enter. PepRack does not prescribe, diagnose, treat, select products, or recommend doses or schedules. PepRack does not sell, dispense, source, or authenticate any substance or medical product.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for checking your entries and results, following applicable laws, and consulting a qualified professional before making health decisions. Check any medication-related calculation against the exact product instructions and directions from the dispensing pharmacy or licensed clinician. You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to harm another person.

Accuracy and availability

Arithmetic, reference material, and third-party information can contain errors or become outdated. The service may change, pause, or end without notice. Do not rely on PepRack for emergencies or as the sole basis for a medical decision.

Intellectual property

PepRack and its original site content, branding, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a limited, revocable right to use the service for personal, lawful purposes; they do not transfer ownership.

Third-party services and links

PepRack may link to or depend on third-party services. We do not control their content, availability, privacy practices, or terms. A link is not a medical endorsement.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PepRack is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, PepRack will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

Changes
