Privacy policy

This policy explains how PepRack handles information when you use the website, calculators, or waitlist. It will be updated before additional app, account, or synchronization features launch.
Information we collect
- Information you provide: an email address and consent record when you request and confirm waitlist membership, plus information you send in a support or privacy message. An unconfirmed request sends a time-limited confirmation email but is not added to the marketing list.
- Website activity: coarse calculator and waitlist funnel events, such as the tool identifier, whether a calculation succeeded, the unit mode, and CTA placement. These events use a random identifier held only in browser memory. They do not include the page URL, referrer, compound, email address, or calculator values.
- Calculator entries: the website is designed to run calculator math in your browser. PepRack does not send the numeric health-related values you enter to analytics.
- Network information: hosting, email-delivery, and analytics providers necessarily receive an IP address while routing a request. PepRack requires IP retention to be disabled in the production analytics project before public analytics is enabled.
How we use information
We use information to operate and secure the website, provide requested waitlist updates, understand which tools are useful, diagnose problems, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
PepRack uses Vercel for hosting, PostHog for anonymous coarse analytics, Resend for waitlist confirmation and launch email, and Google Analyticsfor page-view counting — the last of these only if you accept it in the banner, and never otherwise. They may process limited information for us under their own security and data protection terms. We may also disclose information when legally required or needed to protect users, PepRack, or the public.
Retention and security
A confirmed waitlist address and its consent record are kept until you unsubscribe, request deletion, or the list is retired, subject to limited records needed to honor suppression requests or legal duties. Service providers may keep delivery and security logs under their configured retention terms. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information involved.
Your choices
You can decline the waitlist or unsubscribe from non-transactional email. Google Analytics loads only if you accept it; declining, or ignoring the banner, means it never loads at all. To change that choice later, clear this site’s data in your browser and the banner will ask again.
PostHog analytics honors the browser Do Not Track signal and stores no identifier in cookies or persistent browser storage. One exception, stated because it is a real one: when you follow an outbound supply link, the redirect records that a click happened on the server. That path cannot see a browser signal, so Do Not Track does not suppress it. It records which link was followed and nothing about you.
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, or analytics opt-out help by emailing help@peprack.com.
Children and international use
PepRack is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly seek information from children. If we learn that a child provided information, contact us to request deletion. Information may be processed in countries other than where you live, where privacy rules may differ. Rights provided by applicable law remain available.
Who controls this data
PepRack.com is an independent research compilation published for research and educational use. It is not a registered company and sells nothing. The only personal information it stores is an email address you submit to the waitlist, and only after you confirm it by clicking a link we send you.
Changes and contact
We may revise this policy as PepRack changes. The date above will show the latest revision. Privacy questions, and requests to access, correct or delete anything we hold, can be sent to help@peprack.com.
