Most compounds are strong on at least one. A few are near zero on every one.

Four measures, all near zero
Each compound here carries a registered trial count, a participant total, a publication count and a readership figure. They come from four independent sources and a compound can be strong on one and empty on the others.3
MGF has 772 publications and no trials. Thymosin alpha-1 has 50 trials and 55 readers. Being empty on all four at once is a different and rarer situation.13

What a zero on all four means
It does not mean the compound is fictional or that nothing has ever been done with it. Several of these have commercial testing histories, and a zero publication count often reflects a name too variable to phrase-match.3
What it does mean is that a reader cannot find out anything about them from the public record. There is no trial to read, no paper to read, and not enough public interest to have produced a decent encyclopedia article.12
Why they are still listed
Because someone searching for one deserves to find the state of the record rather than a page that only sellers have written. A directory that dropped every compound with nothing behind it would quietly become a list of things that look good.1

Could these have evidence under other names?

Why does AOD-9604 have publications but no trial?
It has been studied in laboratory and early clinical settings historically. Our count covers the last ten years and registered interventional trials specifically.
